Individual:
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes and are structured according to individual needs.

Couples:
Couples sessions are approximately 90 minutes and seek to identify factors contributing to conflict such as unhealthy behaviors and communication patterns.

Family:
From transitions and divorce to communication and group dynamics, family therapy delves into the roles each family member plays in the struggles and successes of the unit.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy facilitates the reprocessing of traumatic memories, helping clients reduce emotional intensity and achieve greater emotional freedom and resilience.

In addition to in-person sessions, Banyan Tree offers online options for individual treatment.

Sessions typically vary in length and consist of six to eight participants who meet in person with one or two trained group therapists to discuss topics of interest or concern specific to the group.

Workshops typically run for one hour and cover topics ranging from adolescent social skills to parenting with emotional literacy.

Banyan Tree implements a number of assessments to gain a clearer understanding of client needs. In some cases, this may lead to diagnosis and collaboration with other mental health professionals.
